He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Thomas and Lorraine Thomas; his sisters, Judie Moore and Gail Guyer; and his nephew Mike Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Donna; his son Ross (Sarah); his grandchildren, Kolby, McKade, Calton, Catherine (Nick) and Veronica; his nieces, Marci Gomez (Dave) and Jennifer Moore; his nephew Mark Guyer; and his brother-in-law Jack Moore.
