She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Snorek and Pauline Snorek (Welsh); and her sister Judy Snorek. She is survived by: her husband Raymond Hazard; her son Ken Hazard; her grandson Jacob Hazard; and her siblings, Deanna Quamme (Carlton), Rhonda Meland (Rick), Kim Trumm (Jim) and Richard Snorek (Jo).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Wounded Warrior Project, Doctors Without Borders, American Red Cross, Second Harvest Food Bank, Smile Train, Feed the Children, or World Wildlife.
