With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Connie Lee Hahn of Madison, Wisconsin, born in Davenport, Iowa, who passed away on June 23, 2023 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Custis and Helen Custis. She is survived by: her daughters, Jen Jorgensen (Nate) and Michelle Mwita (Jacob); her siblings, Carol Ewing, Tom Custis (Paula), Tim Custis (Wendy) and Sandy Meinershagen (Bob); and her granddaughters, Grace, Eva and Penda. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
