She was predeceased by: her parents, John Larson and Nina Larson. She is survived by: her husband Fred Holtzman; her children, Karl Lavine (Karen Boe), Birgitta Meylor (Jeff), Lars Lavine (Darcy) and Leif Lavine (Mary Camille); her grandchildren, Evan Lavine (Nicole Cullen), Kyle Swanson (Lindsey), Taylor Alibin (Wayne), Eric Swanson (Haleigh Skinner), Marissa Meyer (Michael), Matt Lavine, Jenna Kern (Christopher), Nate Lavine, Elizabeth Lavine (Andrew LaFortune) and Rachel Meylor (Lawson Ludwig); and her great grandchildren, Charlotte, Adeline (Evander) and Isla.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Luther Memorial Church (1021 University Ave, Madison, WI 53715). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Luther Memorial Church (http://www.luthermem.org) or Madison Symphony Orchestra's Heartstrings Program.
