He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Warren Bruckner and Lydia. He is survived by: his wife Jackie; his children, Justin Warren Bruckner and Christian Thomas Bruckner; his grandchildren, Fisher Thomas Bruckner, Owen Daniel Bruckner and Bode Wallace Brokopp; and his brother Randall Bruckner.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (3S460 Curtis Ave, Warrenville, IL 60555). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations in Dale's memory to the Michael J. Fox foundation.
