Dale Tygum Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dale Tygum (Madison, Wisconsin), who passed away on August 10, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertha Tygum (Nelson) and Arnold Tygum; and his siblings, Richard, Gary, Linda and Anthony.

He is survived by: his wife Jean Geier; his daughters, Leslie, Laura Wheeler (Johnie) and Lisa Ortiz (Angel); his grandchildren, Dale (Madison Surprise), Jeani, Daylen, Angel, Mariah, Ajia and Alexa; his great grandchildren, Kailen, Jayce and Jalie; and his siblings, Anita Wick and Neil. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family for a charity yet to be determined.
