He is survived by: his mother Janet Hickey; his wife Katie; his son Kasen; his siblings, Rene, Jac Tardie, Jason and Paul Tardie; his in-laws, Steve and Lynda Bloomquist; his siblings-in-law, Lauren, Meredith Bloomquist, Christian Bloomquist, Ian Patel and Joe Causino; his nephews, Callen, Arjun, Rowan and River; and his niece Ari. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
