He is survived by: his wife Donna (Kokesh); his children, Ron Ankley (Crystal) and Laurie Otto (Jon); and his grandchildren, Sierra Ankley, Logan Otto, Davis Otto and Madison Ankley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
