He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Duncan and Edna Mildred Duncan (Foster); his siblings, Clay, Leo, Foster, Monroe Duncan (Marcene), Iva Accola (Arnie), Mavis Knight (Roy) and Oliva Droullard (Andy); and his parents-in-law, Clyde and Kathryn Peacock.
He is survived by: his wife Rosemary; his children, Dena Duncan-Horvat (Paul) and Christopher David Duncan (Rebecca Martin); his sisters, Wahnita Tracy (Dale) and Wanda Bartow (Gene); his siblings-in-law, Steven Peacock (Karin), Ann Kettler (Dan) and Jean Duncan; and his caregiver Dean M.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Melby Funeral Home & Crematory (1245 N Water St, Platteville, WI 53818). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
