He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Kelley and Ginnie Kelley (Ottoson). He is survived by: his sisters, Pat Kelley, Peggy Murphy (Craig) and Sheila Osman (Mark); his daughters, Erin Kelley Bober (Andy Bober), Sara Fraser and Katie Ennocenti (Eric); and his grandchildren, Hattie, Avery, Cleo, Brynn and Julius. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be gifted in David's name to the following organizations or another charity of choice: The Sisters of Loretto (Kentucky), Second Harvest Food Bank (Madison) and UW Health Impact Fund (Madison).
