He is survived by: his son Adam (Sarah); his grandchildren, Trinity, Brayden, Autumn, Jenna, Preston and Noah; his great grandchildren, Elijah, Le'aja and Sylas; his siblings, Cheryl (James), John and Ronald; his sister-in-law Kathy; the mother of his children Theresa; and his pet Ted. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
