She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilde Stephens and Dolores Stephens (Hoffman); her husband Michael Tychewicz; her siblings, Mark Stephens and Sandra Stephen; and her niece Brandy Stephens.

She is survived by: her children, Matthew Tychewicz (Laceyann), Brian Tychewicz and Teresa Tychewicz; her grandchildren, Kaz, Marek and Tytus; and her sisters, Sharon Sipe and Linda Stephens.

Debra was a daycare supervisor and also worked with Alzheimer's patients.
