She was predeceased by: her parents, William and Marie; her brother William (Bonnie); her half-sister Louise Hunt; her parents-in-law, Rueben and Lillian Puphal; her brother Jim; and her sister-in-law Lee Puphal.

She is survived by: her son Daniel Puphal; her brother Pat Boyson (Beverly) of Myrtle Beach; her nephew Rob; her niece Jill; her cousin Sandy Rogg of Madison; and her husband Donald Puphal. She is also survived by neighbors and close friends.
