He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Rhode (Tim) of Sun Prairie, Scott Lewis (Misty) of Middleton and Mark Lewis (Julie) of Algonquin, IL; his grandchildren, Douglas, Nickolas, Hallie, Heather Rhode, Cameron, Caden, Cole, Kayla and Brock Lewis; and his brother Bill Lewis (Carol) of Phoenix, AZ..
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials in Don's name be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or the Dane County Humane Society.
