It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Keith Mickelson (Madison, Wisconsin), who passed away on October 25, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Donald may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Halvorson; his daughters, Karen Blodgett and Kathy McGlauflin (Michael); his granddaughters, Samantha Hawa (Chris Serino), Haley McGlauflin (Sam Records) and Elinor McGlauflin; his great grandchild Jake Hawa; and his children, Zor Shriners and Madison.
