He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Milsap and Douglas Milsap; his son Andrew; his sister Leslie Hustedt; and his sister-in-law Debbie Zibell.
He is survived by: his wife Lynnda Zibell Milsap; his son Alexander MD Milsap (Alyssa); his grandchildren, Brody, Addison and Ella; and his siblings, Jeffery Milsap (Randi), Christine Bernards (Jeff), Bradley Milsap, Steven Zibell, Gary Zibell (Laura) and Rhonda Thompson (Gary Zmania). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cherished friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady Queen of Peace Church (401 S Owen Dr, Madison, WI 53711). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Carbone Cancer Center & Dane County Humane Society.
