He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward S. Chapman and Mary Catherine Chapman (Longfield); his brother Jeffrey Chapman; and his son-in-law Astor Garcia of Middleton. He is survived by: his wife Anne Marie of Fitchburg; his daughter Christine; his son-in-law James Manclark (Sara Chapman) of Amesbury, Massachusetts; his brother Henry "Monty" Chapman (Roberta) of Framingham, Massachusetts; his grandchildren, Hannah and Ethan Manclark of Amesbury; his stepdaughter Denise; his son-in-law Mike Grode of Middleton, Wisconsin; and his grandsons, Garrett and Matthew Garcia of Middleton.
