He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara; his parents, Edward Gilbert and Sadie Gilbert (Lake); his siblings, Ed Gilbert and Donna Horsfall; and his former wife Betty Gilbert.
He is survived by: his son Bob Alme (Tammy); his grandchildren, Kyle Alme (Ashley) and Carlie Mineau (Mike); his great grandchildren, Kaysen, Korbyn and Callan; and his siblings, Beverly Boyson (Pat) and Jerry Gilbert (Sandy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church.
