It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Frederick L. Skram of Madison, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 9, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Olin Skram and Norma Skram (Carlson); his brothers, William and Philip Skram; his niece Katherine Skram; and his brother-in-law Robert Blilie.

He is survived by: his sisters, Sandra Bacon, Lois Blilie, Carol Skram and Susan Judd (Richard); and his sister-in-law Jeanne Skram. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
