He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Heindl and Florence Heindl (Milbeck); and his brothers, Patrick and Joseph Heindl. He is survived by: his wife Rita Vogedes of Madison; his children, Jeffrey Heindl (Kim) of Egg Harbor, Mark Heindl (John Lynch) of Madison, Mike Heindl (Jill) of Shorewood, Kathy Marx (Richard) of Tampa and Mary Mullen (Randy) of McKinney, Texas; his grandchildren, Brien Heindl (Tasha), Leslie Hansen (Eric), Amy Mullen, Max Mullen (Megan), Marcus Mullen (Amanda), Madison Heindl, Nicholas Marx (Casey), Shanna Larochelle (Jamie) and Cole Roloff; and his siblings, Dorothy Roerig (Allan), Nancy Brouchoud (Jim) and Jay Heindl (Bonnie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A Mass will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 8:00 AM at the St. Mary Catholic Church (712 Market St, Marathon City, WI 54448).
