She is survived by: her husband Ralph Dale Cotter; her children, James Cotter (Marianne), Sandy Kohlstedt (Russ) and Todd Cotter (Sue); her grandchildren, Stuart Kohlstedt (Amanda), Sam Cotter (Kimberly), Allison Rehm (Mike), Celia Schoening (Ryan), Carl Cotter (Brianna) and Natalie Avallone (Chris); and her great grandchildren, Amelia, Hannah Cotter, Julian, Zola Rehm, Ole, Ernest Cotter and Avery Schoening.
Memorials preferred to Agrace Hospice or Bethany United Methodist Church.
