She was predeceased by: her parents, Beatrice Schroeder and Dominic Schroeder. She is survived by: her husband Michael Theo, Sr.; her children, Christos Theo (Lisa), Michael Theo (Sheryl), Nicki Theo, Tina Helser (Corey) and Peter Theo (Carol); her grandchildren, Alexander, Analia, Andrea, Antony, Christos, James, Joseph, Marie, Michael and Nicholas; and her great grandchildren, Andreas, Augustus, Evelyn, Gracelyn, Mia and Winston.
Above all else, Gisela taught her family the meaning of love, charity, and respect, and often reminded her children to "stop and smell the roses.".
