He was predeceased by: his parents, John Frank and Inez Frank (Dupless). He is survived by: his wife Charlene M. Frank (Olson); his sons, Michael (Heather), Patrick (Debra) and Matthew (Brooke); his grandchildren, Austin Frank (Elizabeth), MacKenzie Kassner (Logan), Sebastian, Eva Frank, Mercedes, Amyas Frank, Aria and Avery Frank; and his great grandchildren, Skyler, Landon and Liam Kassner. He is also survived by three sisters; and one sister-in-law.
