He was predeceased by: his parents, Pieter Vos and Martha De Vos; and his siblings, Mary Ellen, Gerald, Floyd and Peter De Vos.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Van Someren; his children, Matthew (Liz), Erin (Jason), Robyn (Pat) and Seth (Alissa); and his grandchildren, Sophia, Aidan, Amelia, Allison, Franklin, Tenley, Josephine, Nora, Tyler, Austin and Elliot.
