Words of sympathy

Susan Armagost wrote a sympathy message

“I was a street cop, ferrying drunks to detox, taking up perimeter positions, pulling people out of mangled cars. Herman Goldstein was a legend, an esteemed law professor, an internationally renowned expert in community policing initiatives and theory. I had the honor of speaking with him one-on-one and he had that gift of making people feel like their lives, their experiences, and their thoughts were profoundly important. He was an amazing man. His life counted. He changed lives. We are grateful”
