With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Herman Pongratz (Madison, Wisconsin), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 16, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Herman's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Herman's journey be filled with peace and serenity, and may he find rest in the embrace of eternity.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Pongratz and Marie Pongratz; and his brothers, Ray and Ralph. He is survived by: his wife Eileen; his sons, Brian (Kris) and Jeff (Jackie); his grandchildren, Sarah, Grant, Katelyn and Erik; and his sister Maralyn Byrd. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, August 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the All Saints Senior Living (8202 Highview Dr, Madison, WI 53719).
