Though James may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those James touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Honer and Catherine Honer (Killoy); his daughter Mari Werther; and his brothers, Mike (Doris) and Tom (Ellen).
He is survived by: his wife Virginia M. Cleary; his son Mark; and his grandchildren, Chase and Hunter Werther. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or to St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church.
