He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Richgels and Leora Richgels (Drager); and his siblings, John, Robert, David and Mary Sue Saenz.
He is survived by: his wife Janine Lennie; his daughter Vanessa DiLorenzo (Joseph); his granddaughter Accadia DiLorenzo; his stepgranddaughter Phoebe Nettesheim; his siblings, Leone, Jane Richgels, Elizabeth "Betty" Duesterhoeft, Donna Fox, Katherine "Kate" Fitzsimmons and Ken; and his siblings-in-law, Jeff Lennie (Tess), Sharon Reidinger (Bernie), Linda Zimmerman (Steve), Peg Richgels (Dan Garnett) and B'Dette Knudson (Ron Eben). He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Memorials may be made to St. Peter Catholic Church or to the American Cancer Society.
