It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Joseph Bires (Madison, Wisconsin), who passed away on October 16, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Nancy Bires and Joseph. He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Pat Wilkinson (Bill) and Jane Jiumaleh; his nieces, Miranda and Hayley; and his nephew Adam.
