With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James L. Greenwald of Madison, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 12, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Greenwald and Nora Greenwald (Iverson); and his wife Shirley Lukken. He is survived by: his children, Julie Bretl (Tony) of Sun Prairie, Paul Greenwald (Jan) of McGregor and Jane Kluesner (John) of Sun Prairie; his grandsons, Andrew and Alex; and his close friends, Sally Iverson and Rick Schaller. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
