He is survived by: his wife Nadie of Joseph's Catholic Church; his daughters, Heidi Hodel-Faris (Scott) and Jamie Carlson (Wade); his granddaughters, Kailey Bates (Jack), Virginia O'Brien, Ella Carlson and Zoey Carlson; his brother Michael Costello (Dagmara); his sisters-in-law, Gloria Costello and Jane Klein; and his nephew Chandler Klein.
