She was predeceased by: her former husband Walter Puhlmann; her fiancé Richard Kress; her sister-in-law Barbara Kloehn; and her parents, Esther Kloehn and William Kloehn.

She is survived by: her daughters, Jill Puhlmann-Becker (Jeff), Amy Krohn (Jim) and Beth Gleesing (Joe); her grandchildren, Matthew, Michael, Martha Becker, Mitchell, Ryan Krohn, Allison, Jessica and Alex Gleesing; and her brother Gerald Kloehn. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.

Alzheimer's Disease defined the final chapter of her life, writing it in a way the rest of the world could not always follow.
