With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Janice Kay Brown of Madison, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 1, 2026 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Soehnlein and Lillian Soehnlein (Strand); her former husbands, Robert "Buzz" Neubauer and Dennis Brown; her boyfriend Jim O'Toole; and her brother Jack Soehnlein.
She is survived by: her children, Jana West, Jessica Lea Woodman and Michael Neubauer (Nanci); her grandchildren, McKenzie West, Kennedy West, Cade Neubauer and Olivia Woodman; her niece Julie Walker; and her sister Joan Zerneke.
