We bid farewell to Jason M. Childress (Madison, Wisconsin), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 16, 2024 at the age of 47. He is survived by : his daughter Olivia Ratts; his parents, Barbara Bushue and Steven Childress; his brother Matthew Childress; and his stepsiblings, Eric Mackie, Cheri Wiegman and Lisa Murfitt.

A celebration of life was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ryan Funeral Home (2418 N Sherman Ave, Madison, WI 53704).
