Jeffrey J. Woollen Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey J. Woollen (Madison, Wisconsin), who passed away on September 14, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Woollen and Marian D. Woollen (Kimball); his wife Mary Kay Woollen; and his sister Deborah McFall. He is survived by: his children, Jen Woollen (Tracy), Tim Woollen (Misty) and Zach Woollen; his grandchildren, Abel, Asher and Sawyer; his siblings, Terry Gaus-Woollen (Kathie) and Mike Woollen (Brenda); and his close friends, Inga Roth-Kennedy, Colin, Rachel, David, Jeff Donahue, Ally and Andrew.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the UW Carbone Cancer Center.
