It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerald J. Midak of Madison, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 26, 2025, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edna Laura Digby and John Stanley Midak; and his sisters, Ann, Tricia, Miss Niko and Houdini.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his brother Scott Midak; his nieces, Shannon Heiman and Molly Frelack; and his pets, Morgan and Cooper.
