He is survived by: his wife Judy Elce; and his children, Jeff Montgomery (Anita) of Chesapeake, VA, Julie Concannon (Paul) of Omaha and Jana Mabie (Glen) of Eau Claire. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
