It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Salomejia Burns (Madison, Wisconsin), born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away on December 19, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bronislaw Kazalski and Pauline Kazalski (Sivolella); her children, Gilbert Burns (Carol) and Becky Burns (Jeanne Sears); her grandchildren, Tim, Christine Burns, Dan Statz (Lindsey) and Courtney Burns; her sister Irene Monica (Frank); her husband Bill; and her daughters, Carol Statz and Alison Burns.
