It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Linda Leffler of Madison, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 28, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Fred Westgate and Mary Westgate; her husband Rich; her sisters, Robbie Wiseman (Larry), Deborah Westgate and Julie Westgate; and her brother-in-law Les. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
