She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorena Tourdot and Olamp Tourdot; her grandson Kevin Roessler; and her siblings, Lucille Dyke, Ron Tourdot, Donald and Genevieve.

She is survived by: her children, Sheila Robak (Tom), Kevin Roessler (Lisa), Dawn Mueller (Brett), Bryan Roessler (Kris), Shana Jatczak and Kurt Roessler (Dante Gamache); her grandchildren, Hailey Roessler, Kelsey, Logan Roessler, Auden, Preston and Sabella Jatczak; her great grandchild Odin Roessler; and her siblings, Ken Tourdot (Jo Ann), Judy Laufenburg (Jack), Diane Smith, Sandra Roh (Ken), Tom Tourdot (Lisa) and Janice Mashak (Jim). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, Joan has requested donations in her name to St. Dennis Catholic Church in Madison.
