John W. Sullivan Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on April 21, 2022, at the age of 83, John W. Sullivan of Madison, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William V. Sullivan and Helen M. Sullivan (McGuire) of Monroe; and his sister-in-law Marilyn. He is survived by: his brothers, James (Karin) of Monroe and Drs. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established in John's name at a later date.
