He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Zwadzich and Irene Zwadzich (Kempa); his wife Patricia Christy Simon; his brothers, Ronald, Bernard and Thomas Zwadzich (Carol); and his close friend Patricia Zwadzich (Simon).
He is survived by: his children, Mary Raina Haralampopoulos (Arthur) and Zachary Adam Steven Zwadzich; his grandchildren, George and Eugenia Haralampopoulos; and his godson Christopher Dingman. He is also survived by his nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his name to St. Thomas Aquinas Church.
