He is survived by: his wife Caroll; his children, Lori Mahoney (David), Amy Grabow (Peter), Michael Borgen (Nicki), Jon Patrick Borgen (Lori), Christoffer Borgen (Krystal) and Bradley Borgen (Gina); his stepsons, Paul Gates (Karri), David Gates (Karen) and Timothy Gates (Laura); and his sisters, Nancy Klahn and Mary Stockstad. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
