He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lee, Florence Gunnelson, Norbert and Margaret Mack. He is survived by: his parents, Michael Mack and Fran Mack (Gunnelson); his wife Laurie Statz; his children, Michael (Mara) and Haylee; his brother Thomas Mack (Elizabeth); and his goddaughter Gracie. He is also survived by numerous uncles, cousins, and friends.
