Joseph will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. He was predeceased by: his parents, Terry Spennetta and Barb Spennetta (Sommer). He is survived by: his former wife Rebecca Baker; his son Christian; his siblings, Shari Corey and Dr. James Spennetta (Jennifer Seastrom); his nieces, Karen Corey and Kimi Mayne; his nephew Josiah Spennetta; and his friend Kevin Ochalla.
He completed postgraduate training at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation and his Emergency Medicine residency at St. John Hospital and Medical Center in Detroit in 2006.
