Joyce Lillian Schneider Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on September 1, 2024, at the age of 88, Joyce Lillian Schneider (Madison, Wisconsin) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the sacred silence of farewell, Joyce Lillian is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Joyce Lillian's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edna Walker (Gatso) and Fred Walker. She is survived by: her daughter Holly; her granddaughter Ella Thoreson; and her friend Kathryn Richardson.

In lieu of flowers, Holly suggests that donations be made to Wisconsin Lutheran Chapel, Sequoia Library, or Henry Vilas Zoo.
