It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Judith Florence Hoffman (Madison, Wisconsin), who passed away on February 10, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Carraher and Kathleen Carraher (Wieck); her husband Tom Hoffman; and her siblings, Jerry and Jan.

She is survived by: her children, Brad Hoffman (Melissa), Shawn Zimmerman (Bill) and Greg Hoffman; and her grandchildren, Avery Hoffman, Steven Zimmerman (Laura), Kevin Zimmerman (Naomi), Ali Zimmerman, Grace, Lily and Thomas Hoffman. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations will be collected to create and stock a 'Little Library' in the corner of Judy's yard to reflect her love of books and reading and to promote literacy in children.
