She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Tucker and Margaret Tucker; her husband Edward G. Scherer (Duke); and her son Mark. She is survived by: her sister Shirley Burr; her daughter Michelle Hughes (Jeff Evans); her grandchildren, Erin Pulvermacher (Benjamin Blunt), James Hughes (Madison), Shaun Hughes and PJ Pulvermacher; and her nieces, Sandra Burr and Amy Fox. She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren, several grandnieces and grandnephews, along with several cousins.
