She is survived by: her husband Patrick Fleming; her sons, Ryan (Ashly) of Sandy, UT and Christopher (Alexis) of Wilton, CT.; her grandchildren, Cooper, Miles, Beckham and Charleigh; her siblings, William Schroeder of Fitchburg, Lynn Teehan, Jan Schroeder of Madison and Sara Feldman of Atlanta, GA.; Bob Fleming (Sue), Don Fleming (Mary), Nancy Kinser (Don) and Dan Fleming (Karen).
In lieu of lowers, memorials may be made in Kristi's name to UW Carbone Cancer Center, St. Jude Children's Cancer Research, or a charity of your choice.
