Larry Eugene Rittenberg Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Larry Eugene Rittenberg (Madison, Wisconsin), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 14, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Rittenberg (Chuck) and Donna Rittenberg. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen (Kathy); his children, Brian Rittenberg (Tracy) and Marianne Keuhn (Darin); his grandchildren, Abigail and Mitchell; his stepgrandsons, Michael, Phil and Nick; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Quinten and Silas.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Larry E. Rittenberg MAcc Impact Fund at the University of Wisconsin, in honor of Larry's lifelong dedication to education, ethics, and the future of accounting.
